LOS ANGELES, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard both tallied 31 points Tuesday in the Los Angeles Lakers' 104-88 win over the visiting Milwaukee Bucks.
Bryant hit 12-of-19 shots from the field and Howard had 16 rebounds and blocked four shots in the Lakers second consecutive wins after losing six in a row.
Steve Nash contributed eight points and 11 assists. Metta World Peace had 12 points and veteran Antwan Jamison added 10 plus eight rebounds.
Monta Ellis led Milwaukee with 17 points. Beno Udrih followed with 14 points and Brandon Jennings scored 10.
The close contest fell to the Lakers when Milwaukee cooled off and scored just 15 points in the fourth quarter.
